Barnes Rewards Frequently Asked Questions



1) How do I sign up for a Barnes Rewards account?

Visit us in-store at any Barnes location to set up your free Barnes Rewards account.

To link to your membership, visit barnesrewards.vipengage.com and login using the account created automatically for you.

You may also log in using an existing Windows Live, Google, or Facebook account.

  1. Once you're logged in, add the card information provided by our sales staff.
    a. Enter your Membership # included in the Welcome email.
    b. Enter the Access Code included in the Welcome email.
  2. Click the "Submit" button

2) How do I earn Barnes Rewards?

Earn Barnes Rewards points on any qualifying purchase at any Barnes location including Barnes Harley-Davidson Langley, Barnes Harley-Davidson Victoria, Barnes Harley-Davidson Kamloops, Barnes Harley-Davidson South Edmonton, and Barnes Wheaton GM South Surrey.

Qualifying purchases include any regular priced parts, riding gear, and accessories. See dealer for full details.


3) How do I reach a higher Barnes Rewards tier?

All customers start out as a Gold level member. To upgrade your membership, you must spend the following amounts at any Barnes location within a 12-month period:

  • Platinum: Spend $5,000 in a 12-month period
  • Diamond: Spend $10,000 in a 12-month period

All membership levels are locked in for the customer's membership period. I.e. If you achieve Diamond level, regardless of how frequently you shop going forward, you will always be a Diamond level customer. You do not need to maintain a certain spending or points balance to keep your upgraded membership.


4) Do I qualify for the Hero rewards tier?

At Barnes Harley-Davidson we like to honor the hero's that make Canada a great place to live. Military, Police, Fire, Search and Rescue, Coast Guard, Paramedics, etc. all put themselves in danger to make our lives better and safer.

We have a special Hero level in our rewards program that allows these heroes to start at a higher level and get 11% back on their purchases rather than the 10% back that all other customers start with. Heroes can sign up to the rewards program at time of purchase. If you already have a regular Rewards account and would like to change to a Hero account, email rewardshelp@barneshd.com or visit in store with ID proof and our staff will be happy to help.


5) How do I log into the Barnes Rewards app?

Download the Barnes Rewards app from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store here:

Enter your email and password when requested. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" button. If you can't remember your email, please email rewardshelp@barneshd.com.


6) How can I check my points balance?

After logging into your account, your points balance is displayed on the main page near the top left of the screen or app. If you have difficultly logging into your account, please email rewardshelp@barneshd.com or call a Barnes location nearest you.


7) Where can I redeem my Barnes Rewards?

Barnes Rewards can be redeemed in-store at any Barnes location including Barnes Harley-Davidson Langley, Barnes Harley-Davidson Victoria, Barnes Harley-Davidson Kamloops, Barnes Harley-Davidson South Edmonton, and Barnes Wheaton GM South Surrey.

Unfortunately, Barnes Rewards can not be redeemed through our Online Store at this time and can not be used towards the purchase of a motorcycle, vehicle, or service labour.


8) Will my Barnes Rewards expire?

Your Barnes Rewards points won't expire as long as your account remains open.
