It is February and that has always meant Customer Appreciation Night…….well Steve is continuing the tradition, but with a new twist. Saturday, February 20 will now be CUSTOMER APRECIATION DAY. All day we will have specials for in store shoppers and when we close at 5:30 we will head upstairs for some appetizers and refreshments (an alcohol free event).After 8pm you are welcome to move the party with your friends to one of our local establishments (Tap House, Station House, Ma Millers, or the Log house).

 We will keep you posted with more info on the above as it comes available.

We are please to announce the offering of a service that is often requested by our customers.  We now offer a complete detailing service.

This crew will now provide various levels of Motorcycle Detailing, as often requested by our customers

Bronze:  Wash and Wax - $50

Silver:  Buff + Polish, wash and wax - $200

Gold:  Full detail includes buff/polish, some scratch removal, hand wash, leather care - $300

Scratch Removal:  starting at $100

Note:  each bike is subject to inspection and quote prior to work commencing

New Staff

• Charity Towns our new receptionist at the front counter. She is responsible for greeting all our customers as they enter the dealership, and directing them to areas of the store if they are a first time customer. She answers all incoming phone calls and re-directs them to the appropriate staff. Welcome Charity, by all reports you are doing a great job! 

• Paul Contos is now with the Motorcycle Sales and Finance/Insurance Dept.  He is working full time, helping new customers with their decisions on which bike to buy, and the best way to finance the bike.   Paul comes to us with a background in the finance/banking industry.
  

• Grant Hopkins assumes the position of Parts Advisor. Grant has an extensive interest in motorcycles and comes to us from the Aviation industry.
  
  
• Jackie Hurst takes over the position of Service Manager.  She is the leader of the team in the front office, and is also responsible for the Service Technicians.  Jackie comes to us from a dealership in Winnipeg.
  
  
• Glenn SteabnerGlenn Steabner comes to us from another dealership and has extensive experience in the Service area.  Glenn is currently away from the dealership recovering from an unfortunate bike incident.  He should return in the Spring.
  
  
• Murray Anderson has recently joined the team as the person who can be relied upon to transport motorcycles when, and where, needed.  Murray provides this service, when available, for those with bike problems that are covered by HOG membership, or Extended Service Plan towing packages.
  
  
• Pete Newnham is now with us as an integral part of the detailing crew.  Pete provides the service of normal bike washing and more specific detailing with our new Detailing Service.
