WARRANTY STATUS FOR SELF-IMPORTED H-D® MOTORCYCLES This applies only to those people who have purchased out-of-country, AND IMPORTED a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle AND are still under the factory warranty. If this is not you, then you may disregard the following. Briefly, if your bike meets the criteria above, your factory warranty has been “suspended”. This suspension applies until you meet certain criteria. Again, briefly, the bike must be inspected at a Harley-Davidson® dealership to ascertain that it meets Canadian standards. Most likely, this may include KPH speedometer, and tail lights/license plate holders. (This is not an all-inclusive list of requirements) If you are affected by this, contact our Service Department for a copy of the full details. Our EXPRESS LANE SERVICE is still available for riders requiring a quick oil change (not scheduled maintenance) or tire change……anything that can be done in an hour or less. No appointment needed.
